Daniel Shaw – Myotherapist at Mobility Health
Dedicated to your recovery
Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy and is directed towards the muscles and nerves to ensure that muscle quality is maintained to allow for optimal movement and function. Daniel has a vast knowledge and understanding of the musculoskeletal anatomy and his aim is to aid patients in restoring their body’s functions, movements and reduce pain by using different treatment modalities such as; dry needling, massage (including soft & deep tissue skills), trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, corrective exercises, and neuromuscular facilitation, sports massage and Lymphatic drainage which are all efficient techniques employed by myotherapists. These manual techniques coupled with postural analysis, exercises and clear informative sessions are how our Myotherapist takes things a “step further”
Here at mobility health we work closely together over multi modalities to provide the best service possible.
